RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Novaeli, we want you to love every piece. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
RETURNS - You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. - Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition. - To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@novaeli.com with your order number and reason for return.
REFUNDS - Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. - If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. - Shipping costs are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES - We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS - If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS - If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation email, please check with your bank or credit card company first, as processing times may vary.
