SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING RATES

- Orders over $50: FREE shipping
- Orders under $50: flat rate $7.90

PROCESSING TIME

- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

DELIVERY TIME

- Standard shipping: 3-7 business days after processing.
- Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

ORDER TRACKING

- Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package directly with the carrier.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

- We currently ship within the United States only.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

LOST PACKAGES

- If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please wait 48 hours as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered prematurely. If your package still hasn't arrived, contact us at contact@novaeli.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
