At Novaeli, we want your jewelry to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. All orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment centers for the fastest possible delivery.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. During peak periods (holidays, sales events), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
You can track your order at any time by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.


Shipping Availability

We currently ship within the United States only. We are working on expanding our shipping to additional countries in the future.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please check your tracking information first since it is an estimated delivery window. If you still have questions about your order, contact us at contact@novaeli.com and we will investigate the status of your shipment.
If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
If a package is significantly delayed, we will work with you to find the best solution.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are unable to modify the shipping address once an order has been processed. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs to reship the order.
